Equitrans L.P. is providing notice of unplanned maintenance at its Plasma Compressor Station in its Mainline Operational Area 3 beginning Intraday 2 cycle
of February 05, 2026, Gas Day, and until further notice. EQT Midstream personnel are onsite working to resolve this issue and do not yet have a return to
service timeline; however, updates will be posted as additional information becomes available.
In conjunction with this maintenance, Operationally Available Capacity through the Plasma_OVC Meter is being reduced to Net Delivered Operational
Capacities of 905,000 Dths beginning with Intraday 2 cycle of February 05, 2026, Gas Day, and until further notice.
Scheduled Quantities will be adjusted to not exceed this amount. This amount is based on projected operating conditions and is subject to change.
Net Delivered Dths are calculated by netting Receipt and Delivery Scheduled Quantities at the Plasma _OVC Meter listed above.
Nominations will be scheduled in accordance with Section 6.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff. Intraday nomination
changes may be permitted should the actual outage timeframe or level of impact differ from the estimates stated in this notification.
In addition, Customers may experience higher than normal pressures on the following pipelines in Mainline Operational Area 3 and Mainline Operational
Area 4: H-302, H-306, H-310, GSF-912, GSF-993, H-557, GSF-604, H-527, H-515, H-518, H-511, H-509, and H-508.
Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings Website for updates to this notice and applicable posted Operationally Available Capacity.
