Equitrans L.P. is providing notice that the H-128 and H-129 Pipeline pigging that was previously scheduled to begin February 03, 2026, has been
rescheduled to begin April 07, 2026.

Equitrans L.P. will be conducting pipeline pigging on its H-128 and H-129 Pipelines in Mainline Operational Area 2 beginning at 10:00 AM ET on
April 07, 2026, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to the high possibility of fluids during this pigging all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt
Meters between Tepe M&R Station (Coordinates 40.280580/ -79.916810) and Belle Vernon Valve Set (Coordinates 40.110804 / -79.929126) on the
H-128 and H-129 pipelines must be shut in by 10:00 AM ET on April 07, 2026 and remain shut in for the duration of the pigging, which has an
estimated duration of 48 hours.

Lastly, in conjunction with this pigging, Operational Capacity at Meter #M5397896 (Redd) will be reduced to 0 Dths for April 07, 2026, and April
08, 2026, Gas Days.
Nominations will be scheduled in accordance with Section 6.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff. Intraday
nomination changes may be accepted should the actual outage timeframe or level of impact differ from the estimates stated in this notification.

If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages
including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such
failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control,
and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO
penalty.

Estimated duration of the pigging is 48 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted
parties when they can turn back in-line.
