Equitrans L.P. is providing notice that the H-152 Pipeline ILI Tool Run that was previously scheduled for on November 18, 2025, has been
rescheduled for November 20, 2025.
Equitrans L.P. will be conducting an ILI Tool Run on its’ H-152 pipeline in Mainline Operational Area 1 beginning at 7:00 AM ET on November
20, 2025, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to the high possibility of fluids during the pig run all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt points
between coordinates Bradford Woods IC (40.632672 / -80.093410) and Clever Road IC (40.467330 / -80.114228) must be shut in on the H-152
Pipeline by 7:00 AM ET on November 20, 2025, and remain shut in during pigging operations.
Additionally, in conjunction with this pig run, Meters # 11501 (DTI-Mars Crider) and # M5353173 (CPA Spartan IC) must be shut in by 7:00 AM
ET on November 20, 2025, and remain shut in during pigging operations.
If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages
including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such
failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control,
and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO
penalty.
Estimated duration of the pigging is 8 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted
parties when they can turn back in-line.
