Equitrans L.P. will be performing hydrotesting on its M-82 Pipeline in Mainline Operational Area 2 beginning at 8:00 AM ET on November 17, 2025, and is
issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
In conjunction with this maintenance, all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt points between Crayne Farm Valve Set (coordinates 39.91806 / -80.15125)
and Waynesburg CS (coordinates 39.90167 / -80.15297) on the M-82 pipeline must be shut in by 8:00 AM ET on November 17, 2025, and remain shut in for
the duration of this maintenance.
If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages including,
but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, (2) a penalty of
$25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in
scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO penalty.
Estimated duration of outage is 120 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when
they can turn back in-line.
Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
