Equitrans L.P. will be performing pipeline maintenance on its H-515 Pipeline in its Mainline Operational Area 4 beginning at 10:00 AM ET on
June 03, 2025, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

In conjunction with this maintenance, Hope Gas Delivery/Receipt Meters between Windy Ridge Valve Yard (Coordinates 39.64846 / -80.51266)
and Logansport Compressor Station (Coordinates 3955746 / -80.55052) on the H-515 pipeline must shut in by 10:00 AM ET on June 03, 2025,
and remain shut in for the duration of the maintenance.

Additionally, in conjunction with this maintenance, Meters # M5421825 (Michael Kuhn IC), M5513235 (Michael Kuhn IC – Run 2), and
M5224080 (Mercury to H-515) on the H-515 Pipeline must shut in by 10:00 AM ET on June 03, 2025, and remain shut in for the duration of the
maintenance. Nominations should be adjusted accordingly.

Lastly, Customers may experience higher than normal pressures on the following pipelines in Mainline Operational Area 3 and Mainline
Operational Area 4: H-302, H-306, H-310, H-326, H-327, H-328 GSF-912, GSF-993, H-557, GSF-604, H-527, H-515, H-518, H-511, H-509, H-
508, H-111, and H-527.

If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per DTH times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3)
flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to
avoid an OFO penalty.

The estimated duration of the outage is 72 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and

Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when they can turn back in-line.

Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
