    As a courtesy to our customers, Eureka Midstream, LLC is providing notice that Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) will be performing pipeline
    pigging operations on the LXPSEG-LXPSEG MA41 segment of its LEX pipeline impacting deliveries to Meter #743103 (Eureka) on the April 14, 2026, Gas
    Day.
    In conjunction with this maintenance, physical flow from Eureka Zink Compressor Station and from the EM-ORS Receipt IC (Meter #10057) to the LXP
    Interconnect, Meter #743103 (Eureka) will be restricted to 0 DTHS during the TCO LEX pipeline pigging operations on the LXPSEG-LXPSEG MA41. For
    more information, please see Columbia Gas Transmission’s maintenance schedule. Updates to this maintenance event can be found via Columbia Gas
    Transmission’s Operational Advisory Postings on their website: http://www.columbiapipeinfo.com/cpginfopost/.

    Impacted producers may schedule nominations at LXP Interconnect, Meter #743103 (Eureka) if arrangements have been made with EQT Midstream
    Transportation Services to adjust flows during the outage period. Customers should reach out directly to their EQT Midstream Transportation Services
    Representative with any questions.

    Should other specific shut-ins be required, Eureka Midstream LLC will notify impacted parties.
    Customers should monitor EQM Midstream Partners, LP – Gathering Informational Postings Website for updates to this notice.
