EQM Olympus, Eureka Midstream and EQM Midstream are issuing an imbalance warning on its Gathering pipeline systems effective Friday, October 10,
2025, at 10:00 AM ET. This imbalance warning will remain in effect until further notice.

During the effectiveness of this warning Receipt Point and Delivery Point Operators are requested to match actual flows to Scheduled Quantities. Capability
for previously arranged scheduled imbalance payback will be available during the effectiveness of this imbalance warning.

EQT Midstream will closely monitor imbalances during this warning and should an imbalance occur EQT Midstream will request a customer adjustment to
bring physical flows and Scheduled Quantities back into balance. In the event no adjustment is made, EQT Midstream will take action to bring physical flows
and Scheduled Quantities back into balance.
