    ue to the very high customer utilization of EGTS transportation and storage services, system flexibility is extremely limited. EGTS anticipates

    sustained cold weather conditions that will cause Customers to fully utilize their firm service entitlements.

    dditionally, storage pool deliverability has declined to such a level that Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc. (EGTS) has determined

    that Customer transfers of storage inventory may jeopardize EGTS’ ability to perform firm service to its Customers.

    herefore, effective with the start of gas day Thursday, January 29, 2026, and continuing until further notice, EGTS will not accept Inventory

    ransfers under Rate Schedule GSS and Section 34 of the General Terms and Conditions of EGTS’ FERC Gas Tariff (GT&C). Customers who are a

    part of Retail Choice programs, transferring inventory from an expiring contract to a new contract, will not be affected. Noncompliance with

    the above notice will result in the issuance of an Operational Flow Order.
