    or the January 2026 billing period, EGTS will not transfer the previous month's unresolved due pipe or due shipper

    imbalances (December 2025) to the Customer's balance under Rate Schedule MCS. As a result, December’s imbalance will aggregate with

    anuary’s imbalance with the obligation to resolve in February 2026 and Customers will not be assessed the maximum rate for balancing

    service on these volumes under MCS pursuant to Tariff Section FT Rate Schedule No. 20.1 Section 7.2 and IT Rate Schedule Section 8.1.

    will review customers ability to satisfy their imbalance as needed. Customers are urged to clear their imbalances as soon as possible and

    to avoid waiting until the end of the month to prevent further limited capability.
