Conform FT, IT and MCS Services to Scheduled Nominations – Northern Area
Effective with the start of Gas Day Friday, January 23, 2025, and continuing until further notice, the following OFO shall be in effect on the
EGTS system:
Basis for OFO:
Due to a significant drop in forecasted temperatures along with anticipated system utilization and operating conditions, this OFO is required
because the EGTS system cannot tolerate insufficient supplies into the affected areas listed below and thus needs to maintain or restore a
balance to protect system integrity and allow EGTS to satisfy its firm transportation service obligations.
Customer Action Requested:
Each Customer receiving service under Rate Schedule IT (including interruptible overruns under firm rate schedules), FT or MCS is advised to
conform its receipts of gas from EGTS to that Customer's confirmed, scheduled nominations of gas being physically received by EGTS on both
an hourly and daily basis. Further, EGTS requests that any Customer who has both service under Rate Schedule FT and Rate Schedule GSS
conform its FT receipts from EGTS to that Customer's confirmed, scheduled nominations of gas being physically received by EGTS under Rate
Schedule FT; however, such FT Customer may elect under its Rate Schedule GSS service to inject its physical transportation over deliveries
into storage and to withdraw under deliveries from storage, to the extent authorized under the applicable storage service agreements and
Rate Schedules (subject to applicable nomination requirements).

This OFO is issued pursuant to Section 11B.4.C, Tariff Record No. 40.15.4 in the General Terms and Conditions of EGTS's FERC Gas Tariff. Failure
to comply with this OFO will result in penalties. The penalties for violations of this OFO is a penalty per Dt equal to the higher of $10.00 or two
times the Penalty Index Price. The Penalty Index Price is defined in Section 1.1.W in the General Terms and Conditions of EGTS's FERC Gas
Tariff, as "the highest of the midpoint prices for: "Eastern Gas, South", "Transco, zone 5 del.", "Transco, zone 6 N.Y." or "Chicago city-gates" as
published in Platts Gas Daily for the flow date applicable to the day on which the penalty is incurred." Customers are reminded that the Penalty
Index Price may at times be significantly higher than $10.00. In addition, non-compliance could result in service reductions, liability for
damages, and/or the issuance of additional OFOs, in accordance with EGTS's FERC Gas Tariff.
