    would like to remind customers that while the Valley Gate restriction and any PL-1 restriction are in effect concurrently, specific sourcing

    requirements apply. Affected customers include those with L

    eidy South, Alleghany Storage, and USA Storage contracts when nominating to

    points on the PL-1 system.
