    ue to current operating conditions and anticipated system utilization, effective with the start of Gas Day Thursday, November 13, 2025,

    and continuing until further notice, EGTS will implement the South to North transportation restriction ("Valley Gate" restriction). When

    restricted, all transportation from a southern receipt point to a northern delivery point will require South to North primary entitlement rights

    through Valley Gate to perform this transaction.
