s specified in the Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc. (EGTS) FERC Gas Tariff, each storage service Customer under Rate Schedule
GSS
or GSS-E must withdraw a certain quantity of gas from its Storage Gas Balance between November 1 of the calendar year and April 15 of
the succeeding year. This Minimum Turnover Obligation (MTO) is calculated by taking the Customer’s inventory on November 1 and subtracting
