s specified in the Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc. (EGTS) FERC Gas Tariff, each storage service Customer under Rate Schedule
GSS
or GSS-E must withdraw a certain quantity of gas from its Storage Gas Balance between November 1 of the calendar year and April 15 of
the succeeding year. This Minimum Turnover Obligation (MTO) is calculated by taking the Customer’s inventory on November 1 and subtracting

of the total Storage Capacity from that figure.

As specified in the Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc. (EGTS) FERC Gas Tariff, each storage service Customer under Rate Schedule
