ue to system conditions, EGTS has determined that daily and hourly flexibility is limited. Excess daily and hourly takes may cause reduced

pressures in various areas of the EGTS system and jeopardize EGTS’ ability to meet its firm transportation service obligations.

ustomer Action Required Effective immediately, and until further notice, EGTS issues a reminder of the prior Alert (prior notice ID: 1006488)

to request the following:

ustomers under EGTS' transportation rate schedules should, to the extent possible, deliver and receive natural gas on a uniform hourly flow

basis during the day, or 1/24th of the scheduled confirmed nominations for the applicable day or other pre-authorized hourly flow rates

accepted by EGTS.

I

n addition, Power Plant Operators are reminded that they must continue to provide information mandated by FERC Order No. 698, which

includes the hourly consumption profile of power generation facilities served by EGTS.  EGTS will continue to review and approve the Order

o. 698 burn profiles, according to the procedures distributed to each Agent / Power Generator and posted on EGTS’ Informational Postings

website under Documentation. EGTS will consider requests for hourly flow flexibility on a not unduly discriminatory basis.  Any requests are

subject to the projected availability of operational capability and that any additional flexibility will not impair the Pipeline's ability to render

other nominated and scheduled firm services. Power Generators should direct their requests to the EGTS Power Desk.
