Please consult Columbia’s unsubscribed capacity section on the Informational Postings page of its website or contact one of the Columbia representatives listed below for more information**Package 2 capacity may be available for an earlier start date.  Please see the contact listed below for more information.  Columbia notes that the maximum applicable Recourse Rate for the capacity offered in this open season is the Total Effective Rate (maximum base tariff rate plus all applicable surcharges) for Rate Schedule FTS, as set forth in the Tariff. The capacity offered herein is not subject to an existing ROFR.  Contractual ROFR will not be offered under this open season.   Length of Bidding Process – The bidding process will begin on Thursday January 22, 2026, at 09:00AM CT  and conclude on Tuesday January 27, at 10:00 AM CT. All bids must be submitted to Columbia prior to the conclusion of the bidding process.  Participation in the Bidding Process – All bids submitted for this posted capacity will be treated in a nondiscriminatory manner under this open season.  To participate in the bidding process, interested parties must send an email with bid terms to: Diana_Roberts@TCEnergy.com capacityrequest@TCEnergy.com  All bids should refer to Open Season # 2026-0123 – MC  FTS Wagoner to Martins Creek    A bid must contain all of the applicable information required by the attached Bid Form at the end of this posting.  Bidders must satisfy creditworthiness in accordance with Columbia’s Tariff.  A potential shipper may submit multiple bids, each higher than its preceding bid, for all or any portion of the capacity or term of service made available by Columbia in this open season.  Bidders may bid on Package 1, Package 2, or both packages. If a bidder submits multiple bids, Columbia will consider only the last, highest bid submitted by bidder for the purpose of awarding capacity offered in this open season. Bidder shall specify that they are bidding the Total Effective Rate (defined above) or a monthly reservation rate (or other firm or demand charge(s), if applicable, herein referred to collectively as “Reservation Charge”) it is bidding for the service. The rate for the monthly Reservation Charge shall be expressed as a monthly rate per dth and shall be expressed to the nearest thousandth of one dollar ($0.000).
