Subject: Operational Alert – Updated AutoPAL Limits, Effective January 23, 2026

Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers that based on forecasted colder temperatures and increased market demand across the system, a change to the AutoPAL limits is necessary. Effective Evening Cycle for Gas Day Friday, January 23, 2026, and continuing until further notice, the following AutoPAL limits will be implemented: AutoPAL Parks: 25,000 Dth (currently 5,000 Dth)AutoPAL Loans: 3,000 Dth (currently 5,000 Dth) As a reminder, these limits will be applied to each pool (P10, SPP, A06, etc.) beginning with the Evening Cycle for each Gas Day. AutoPAL quantities in excess of the posted limits will be force-balanced based on each pool’s rankings. Therefore, customers are encouraged to update their pool rankings accordingly. Please continue to monitor the AutoPAL availability, which is located at the bottom of TCO’s Daily Capacity Posting, and contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions.
