Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers the pigging on Line SM-80 is ongoing. At this time, TCO anticipates the CEREWEST internal constraint will remain at Zero Non-Firm through Gas Day Friday, October 10, 2025. TCO reminds customers the capacity through CEREWEST will not be reinstated until the work is complete. Therefore, the Daily Capacity Posting for Gas Days October 11-14, 2025, illustrated the CEREWEST internal constraint at Zero Non-Firm. Based on operating conditions, there may be a need for additional pig runs on Line SM-80. TCO will provide an update prior to the Timely Cycle nomination deadline for Gas Day October 11, 2025, regarding the CEREWEST capacity setting going forward. Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions. ***Previous Posting***
Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) reminds customers of upcoming pigging on Line SM-80 in West Virginia beginning Tuesday, October 7, 2025, and continuing through Thursday, October 9, 2025. During the maintenance, TCO will utilize the temporary internal constraint Ceredo West MA19 (CEREWEST), which has been enabled in TC eConnects (Notice ID 25951512). Based on forecasted operating conditions during the maintenance, TCO currently anticipates CEREWEST will be restricted to zero non-firm effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day October 7, 2025, and continuing until further notice. However, based on operating conditions including the logistics involved with the performance of work, it may become necessary to reduce the capacity through CEREWEST to a level as low as 1,490,000 Dth Total Capacity (zero non-firm). TCO encourages customers to reference the Daily Capacity Posting for the specific capacity through CEREWEST each day during the maintenance. To help customers prepare for the maintenance, the non-firm availability through CEREWEST will be updated on Friday, September 26, 2025, so customers can view the non-firm scheduled volume on the Operationally Available Capacity screen on Informational Postings.During the maintenance, TCO will be monitoring simultaneous injections and withdrawals to/from storage in Operating Areas 3, 5, 6, and 7, as this behavior bypasses the CEREWEST internal constraint. Reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 38 of TCO’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”). However, TCO will only issue RCCs if TCO is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage. In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day average usage quantity less any scheduled quantities on the contract. By means of this notice, TCO is establishing which specific Gas Days will be included when determining a shipper’s 7-day average usage quantity pursuant to the provisions in the Tariff. Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions.
