Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers the maintenance at Cobb Compressor Station impacting the A03NORTH and A03LOW internal constraints is ongoing. The additional maintenance at Cobb Compressor Station scheduled to begin on Sunday, September 14, 2025, has been delayed. The work is now scheduled to begin on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. As a result, there will be no capacity restrictions through the A03SOUTH, A03LINEH, and COBBA03 internal constraints until the work begins on Gas Day September 23, 2025. Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions. ***Previous Posting***
Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) reminds customers of upcoming maintenance activities at Cobb Compressor Station scheduled to begin on Monday, September 8, 2025, through Sunday, September 21, 2025. In an effort to minimize the commercial impact, there will be no associated capacity restrictions for Gas Day Monday, September 9, 2025. However, effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day September 9, 2025, the following Internal Constraints will be reduced to Zero Total Capacity:Cobb Northeast MA40 (A03NORTH)Cobb Northwest MA18 (A03LOW)Additionally, effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day Sunday, September 14, 2025, the following Internal Constraints will also be reduced to Zero Total Capacity:Cobb South MA18 (A03SOUTH)Cobb Line H (A03LINEH)COBB CS MA18 (COBBA03)Reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 38 of TCO’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”).  However, TCO will only issue RCCs if TCO is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage.  In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day average usage quantity less any scheduled quantities on the contract. By means of this notice, TCO is establishing which specific Gas Days will be included when determining a shipper’s 7-day average usage quantity pursuant to the provisions in the Tariff. Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions.
