Columbia Gulf Transmission, LLC (CGT) notifies customers of the following update regarding the force majeure at Corinth Compressor Station in Mississippi.CGT continues to diligently work towards resolving the situation; however, the work necessitated by the force majeure is ongoing. Based on the logistics involved with the remaining scope of work, CGT currently anticipates the force majeure, and subsequent capacity reduction through CorinSEG, will remain in effect through Gas Day Monday, June 29, 2026.CGT reminds customers the anticipated dates and capacity impact are subject to change. CGT will provide updates as additional information becomes available.Reservation Charge Credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 40 of CGT’s FERC Gas Tariff (Tariff). Columbia Gulf Transmission, LLC (CGT) notifies customers of an unexpected and uncontrollable mechanical failure at Corinth Compressor Station Unit 505 in Mississippi that affects CGT’s ability to transport gas and could not be prevented or overcome by the due diligence of CGT. Therefore, pursuant to Section 15 of the General Terms and Conditions of CGT’s FERC Gas Tariff, CGT is declaring a Force Majeure effective Gas Day June 19, 2026, and continuing until further notice. In an effort to avoid an immediate commercial impact, there will be no capacity reduction for Gas Day June 19, 2026. However, effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day Saturday, June 20, 2026, and continuing until further notice, the backhaul capacity through CorinSEG will be reduced to 2,275,000 Dth. CGT anticipates this restriction may result in curtailments to Interruptible, Secondary Firm, and Primary Firm services. Please see the details provided below for more information: CorinSEG· Estimated Capacity Setting: 2,275,000 Dth· Design Capacity: 2,540,656 Dth· Posted Percentage: 90% CGT encourages customers to monitor the scheduled volumes on the Operationally Available Capacity screen on Informational Postings, as nominations can fluctuate based on market conditions. Reservation Charge Credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 40 of CGT’s FERC Gas Tariff (Tariff). By means of this notice, CGT is establishing the 7-day Average Usage Quantity to be the period of May 23-29, 2026, pursuant to the provisions in the Tariff.
