Columbia Gulf Transmission, LLC (CGT) notifies customers of an unexpected and uncontrollable mechanical failure at Corinth Compressor Station Unit 507 in Mississippi that affects CGT’s ability to transport gas and could not be prevented or overcome by the due diligence of CGT. Therefore, pursuant to Section 15 of the General Terms and Conditions of CGT’s FERC Gas Tariff, CGT is declaring a Force Majeure effective Gas Day Tuesday, November 4, 2025, and continuing until further notice.Based on current operating conditions, including the ongoing Hartsville Compressor Station maintenance (Notice ID: 25948216), CGT anticipates no capacity impact through CorinSEG at this time.However, upon completion of the Hartsville Compressor Station maintenance, CGT anticipates the Force Majeure will reduce the backhaul capacity through CorinSEG to a level as low as 2,250,000 Dth. CGT reminds customers the anticipated dates and impact are subject to change based on operating conditions. CGT will provide updates as additional information becomes available.Based on the estimated capacity restriction as low as 2,250,000 Dth through CorinSEG, CGT anticipates this restriction may result in curtailments to Interruptible, Secondary Firm, and Primary Firm services. Please see the details provided below for more information:CorinSEG· Estimated Capacity Setting: 2,250,000 Dth· Design Capacity: 2,540,656 Dth· Posted Percentage: 89%CGT encourages customers to monitor the scheduled volumes on the Operationally Available Capacity screen on Informational Postings, as nominations can fluctuate based on market conditions.Reservation Charge Credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 40 of CGT’s FERC Gas Tariff (Tariff).
