Columbia Gulf Transmission, LLC (CGT) notifies customers of an unexpected and uncontrollable mechanical failure at Alexandria Compressor Station Unit 907 in Louisiana that affects CGT’s ability to transport gas and could not be prevented or overcome by the due diligence of CGT. Therefore, pursuant to Section 15 of the General Terms and Conditions of CGT’s FERC Gas Tariff, CGT is declaring a Force Majeure effective Gas Day Tuesday, October 21, 2025, and continuing until further notice.Based on current operating conditions, including Mainline-100 pigging from Alexandria Compressor Station to Rayne Compressor Station (Notice ID: 25958615), CGT anticipates no further capacity impact through AlexSEG at this time. However, upon completion of the Mainline-100 Pigging, CGT anticipates the Force Majeure will reduce the backhaul capacity through AlexSEG to a level as low as 2,450,000 Dth as early as Gas Day Thursday, October 23, 2025, and continuing until further notice. CGT reminds customers the anticipated dates and impact are subject to change based on operating conditions. CGT will provide updates as additional information becomes available.CGT anticipates this restriction may result in curtailments to Interruptible, Secondary Firm, and Primary Firm services. Please see the details provided below for more informationAlexSEG· Estimated Capacity Setting: 2,450,000 Dth· Design Capacity: 2,683,256 Dth· Posted Percentage: 91%CGT encourages customers to monitor the scheduled volumes on the Operationally Available Capacity screen on Informational Postings, as nominations can fluctuate based on market conditions.Reservation Charge Credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 40 of CGT’s FERC Gas Tariff (Tariff). By means of this notice, CGT is establishing the 7-day Average Usage Quantity to be the period of August 28 – September 3, 2025, pursuant to the provisions in the Tariff.Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions.
