Columbia Gulf Transmission, LLC (CGT) notifies customers of the following update regarding the Force Majeure on Mainline-100 between Holcomb Compressor Station and Inverness Compressor Station in Mississippi.The work necessitated by the Force Majeure to return ML-100 to full service is ongoing and is wholly independent and unrelated to the upcoming planned maintenance at Inverness Compressor Station Unit 709 scheduled for July 22, 2025 (Notice ID: 25942222). As a result of the planned maintenance, and based on current operating conditions, the backhaul capacity through InvrnSEG will be reduced to 2,150,000 Dth effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day Tuesday, July 22, 2025. At this time, CGT anticipates this restriction may result in curtailments to Interruptible, Secondary Firm, and Primary Firm services. Please see the details provided below for more information. This necessary measure is being taken due to anomalies discovered during a recent in-line inspection of the pipeline. Therefore, pursuant to Section 15 of the General Terms and Conditions of CGT’s FERC Gas Tariff, CGT is declaring a Force Majeure effective Gas Day Thursday, July 17, 2025, and continuing until further notice.As a reminder, based on current operating conditions, the backhaul capacity through InvrnSEG is reduced to 2,300,000 Dth.At this time, CGT anticipates this restriction may result in curtailments to Interruptible, Secondary Firm, and Primary Firm services. Please see the details provided below for more information.
