Effective immediately, Cadeville Gas Storage LLC (“CGS”) may impose Elapsed Pro Rata
Scheduled Quantity (“EPSQ”) on reductions to any Injection nominations and on increases to
any Withdrawal nominations due to weather and current operating conditions on CGS’s system.
CGS’s Critical Notice #113 remains in effect.
