Effective immediately, and continuing until further notice, due to compressor malfunction,
Cadeville Gas Storage LLC (“CGS”) may either curtail or not confirm Withdrawal
nominations under Rate Schedules FSS, ISS, IPS, ILS, IBS and to firm Customers utilizing
Authorized Withdrawal Overrun service, in accordance with the terms of Customer’s
service agreements and CGS’s tariff. CGS expects that impact to Customers may extend
for one to two days.

Interruption of service to Interruptible Customers under Rate Schedules ISS, IPS, ILS, and
IBS and to firm Customers utilizing Authorized Withdrawal Overrun service, shall be based
on the charges applicable to each Customer for the portion(s) of service subject to
interruption, with the transaction with the lowest economic value to CGS being interrupted
first. Any ties shall be interrupted on a pro rata basis according to quantities nominated or
scheduled for each Customer. Interruption of service to Firm Customers under Rate
Schedule FSS shall be pro rata.

If there is any change in CGS’s expectations with respect to Customer impact or timing, we
will post an update to this notice.
