Alliance Pipeline Limited Partnership (Alliance Canada) has been advised by Alliance Pipeline L.P. (Alliance U.S.) of a curtailment of service as a result of an event of Force Majeure on the Alliance U.S. system.
Firm capacity on the Alliance U.S. system is expected to be reduced by 18% effectively immediately. At present, the duration of the outage on the Alliance U.S. system is unknown.
In accordance with the Alliance Canada Tariff, the curtailment of service on the Alliance U.S. system will constitute an event of Force Majeure on the Alliance Canada system. Alliance Canada will provide further updates as available.
