PRELIMINARY ALERT FROM ALLIANCE US (FIRST STEP IN NOTICE SEQUENCE)
Alliance US is providing this update of Notice ID 14390 regarding cold weather in the US Midwest.
In order for Alliance US to continue its ability to have adequate Gas supply to deliver on demand, for each cycle effective January 23rd Evening cycle all Shippers are to ensure that they have balanced receipts to deliveries within allowed contract tolerances after confirmation from downstream transporters, including with respect to any interruptible wheeling service. Failure to comply may result in Alliance US issuing an Action Alert or Operational Flow Order which could result in shipper penalties pursuant to Section 37.10 of Alliance Pipeline LP FERC Gas Tariff.
Alliance US will notify impacted parties as needed based on further developments regarding the pipeline.
This preliminary alert remains in effect until further notice from Alliance.
