AGT Hourly Customer Specific Operational Flow Order
As previously posted, Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC (AGT) has limited operational flexibility to manage imbalances. Therefore, in order to maintain the operational integrity of the system, Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC (AGT) is issuing an Hourly Balancing Alert Operational Flow Order (OFO) pursuant to Section 26 of the General Terms and Conditions of AGT's FERC Gas Tariff effective 3:00 PM CCT, March 18, 2026, for certain delivery point parties on the AGT system. AGT will be contacting the affected parties.
This OFO does not affect the ability of AGT to receive or deliver quantities of gas for scheduled nominations to any customer or pipeline.
During the effectiveness of this Hourly OFO, the notified party's must be balanced such that actual deliveries of gas out of the system must be equal to or less than scheduled deliveries out of the system for each hour. Notified parties will be charged in accordance to the penalty provisions under Section 26.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of AGT's FERC Gas Tariff shall apply for each hour that each dekatherm of actual delivery quantities are greater than day-ending scheduled delivery quantities divided by 24 multiplied by 1.25 (i.e. 25% tolerance), or 250 dekatherms (whichever is greater). In addition, AGT will not permit retroactive nominations to avoid an OFO penalty.
This OFO will remain in effect until further notice
Additionally, the previously posted System Wide OFO continues to remain in effect until further notice.
Please contact your Operations Account Representative should you have any questions.
