G System Operational Advisory -- UPDATE

Notice Text:

As previously posted, due to a period of sustained colder weather Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC (AGT) has limited ability to sustain non-ratable hourly takes from the system that cause delivery pressures to reach lower than desired levels. AGT's G-System has experienced high hourly takes exceeding shippers/point operators maximum hourly entitlements. AGT continues to require shippers/point operators to manage hourly takes and remain at or below maximum hourly entitlements until further notice. AGT's G-System is not designed to sustain delivery pressures above contract levels with non-ratable/accelerated deliveries if: 1) Point operators' hourly rates are exceeding their Maximum Hourly Transport Quantity (MHTQ) levels based on their scheduled quantities and 2) Point operators' hourly rates are exceeding 1/24th of the daily scheduled AFT-E primary firm quantities for more than 6 consecutive hours (or greater than 6 hours on any gas day). Furthermore, if customers/point operators do not manage their hourly takes from the system, AGT may be required to impose further restrictions or courses of action in order to maintain the operational integrity of the system including, but not limited to, (i) the issuance of point specific daily OFOs for meters on the G-System (ii) the issuance of an hourly OFO pursuant to General Terms and Conditions Section 26.7(d) for meters on the System and/or (iii) the issuance of flow control on specific G-System meters. Please contact your operations account representative should you have any questions.
