Venice Gathering System (VGS) has been notified by VESCO that the Venice plant will not be operational
effective August 24, 2020 due to tropical storms. During this time, deliveries to the Venice Plant will not
be available. Effective Gas Day August 24, the scheduled quantities for the following locations will be
scheduled down to 0. VGS will update shippers and advise when nominations can be reinstated.
