    UGI Utilities, Inc. ("UGI") announces a request for proposal for an Asset Management Agreement for a portion of its Transco capacity from qualified companies. The term of this service is for a twelve-month period starting April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. The successful bidder shall have the right to optimize the released assets subject to satisfying UGI’s Gas Supply Requirements.
