Effective December 20, 2025, and continuing until further notice, a Critical Day is declared for both choice and non-choice customers. Pursuant to Section 22.4 of the UGI Gas tariff, UGI Utilities may assess penalties for any non-compliance. Suppliers should avoid under-delivering for customers due to weather and pipeline operating conditions.
Suppliers are encouraged to contact UGI Utilities Gas Supply, at GasMgmtGasTraders@ugi.com, in the event they are experiencing issues delivering supply to UGI.
