    Effective 10am EST Wednesday, November 26, 2025 and through 10am EST Thursday, November 27, 2025, an OFO and Critical Day is declared in all nomination groups and is intended to prevent over deliveries. Penalties will be imposed if over deliveries occur pursuant to Section 22.4 of the UGI Utilities, Inc. - Gas Division Tariff.
