As a result of pipeline restrictions, UGI is issuing a Daily Flow Directive for all nom groups effective Friday, July 4th and until Monday, July 7th, directing non-choice transportation deliveries to match expected decreased customer usage. As a reminder, no-notice balancing service is only available for inadvertent fluctuations. Excess imbalances due to decreased customer demand without a corresponding decrease in delivered supplies is not considered inadvertent. If UGI determines a lack of compliance with this Daily Flow Directive, UGI may issue an Operational Flow Order or declare a Critical Day, for which penalties would be imposed pursuant to Section 22.4 of the UGI Utilities, Inc. - Gas Division Tariff.
