Notice Text:
The following restrictions will be in place on the Tres Palacios Gas Storage, LLC (TPGS) system for Gas Day May 1, 2026:
Tres Palacios scheduled and sealed authorized injection overrun nominations. No increases to authorized injection overrun nominations will be allowed except to comply with NAESB bump guidelines.
Tres Palacios has restricted IWS rate schedule nominations with the exception of nominations from meter 40332 - PERMIAN HWY PIPELINE (TPGS1130R), 45301 - TEXAS EASTERN (TPGS1120B), 45307 - FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION (TPGS1080B) and 45323 - MATTERHORN PIPELINE. No increases to IWS rate schedule nominations with the exception of nominations from meter 40332 - PERMIAN HWY PIPELINE (TPGS1130R), 45301 - TEXAS EASTERN (TPGS1120B), 45307 - FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION (TPGS1080B) and 45323 - MATTERHORN PIPELINE will be allowed except to comply with NAESB bump guidelines.
Customers are advised that capacity may become available as the nomination and confirmation process continues throughout the day.
