Notice Text:
The following restrictions will be in place on the Tres Palacios Gas Storage, LLC (TPGS) system for Gas Day September 7, 2025:
Tres Palacios has restricted and sealed interruptible and a portion of secondary deliveries to all meters with the exception of MR 45301 - TEXAS EASTERN (TPGS1120B).
Tres Palacious has restricted and sealed all receipts with the exception of receipts from MR 40332 - PERMIAN HWY PIPELINE (TPGS1130R), 45301 - TEXAS EASTERN (TPGS1120B), 45307 - FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION (TPGS1080B) and 45323 - MATTERHORN PIPELINE.
Tres Palacious has scheduled and sealed receipts from MR 40332 - PERMIAN HWY PIPELINE (TPGS1130R), 45301 - TEXAS EASTERN (TPGS1120B), 45307 - FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION (TPGS1080B) and 45323 - MATTERHORN PIPELINE with the exception of incremental IWS rate schedule nominations from meter 40332 - PERMIAN HWY PIPELINE (TPGS1130R) and 45323 - MATTERHORN PIPELINE.
Tres Palacios has restricted and sealed authorized injection overrun nominations. No increases to authorized injection overrun nominations will be allowed.
Tres Palacios has restricted and sealed authorized withdrawal overrun nominations. No increases to authorized withdrawal overrun nominations will be allowed.
