Notice Text:
Tres Palacios Gas Storage, LLC (TPGS) hereby declares a Force Majeure in accordance with Section 17 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff. The Force Majeure event is due to unplanned compressor outages that have impacted TPGS injection capability. TPGS will work with its interconnects to minimize the impact to scheduled quantities during this Force Majeure until the station can be returned to service.
TPGS will post updates to the status of the facility of the as soon as they are known.
