    To: All Transwestern Customers

    Subject:  Force Majeure - Panhandle Lateral - Compressor Station mechanical failure.

    Revision 1:  TheForce Majeure has been extended through 9/20/26

    September 17th, 2026 (4 Days)

    Panhandle Lateral Receipt & Delivery capacity will be reduced from 263,000 MMBtu/d to 175,000 MMBtu/d.

    September 21st, 2026

    Panhandle Lateral Receipt & Delivery capacity will return to the normal capacity of 263,000 MMBtu/d.

    *Scheduled volumes both received and delivered on the Panhandle Lateral may not be affected.


    Transwestern reserves the right to revise the above listed schedule. Please continue to monitor the Transwestern website for updates andschedule changes. Contact your account or scheduling representative if you need additional information.
