Subject:  Force Majeure - Panhandle Lateral - Compressor Station mechanical failure.

September 17th, 2026 (2 Days)

Panhandle Lateral Receipt & Delivery capacity will be reduced from 263,000 MMBtu/d to 175,000 MMBtu/d.

September 19th, 2026

Panhandle Lateral Receipt & Delivery capacity will return to the normal capacity of 263,000 MMBtu/d.

*Scheduled volumes both received and delivered on the PanhandleLateral may not be affected.
