To: All Transwestern Customers

Subject: Force Majeure - Compressor Station P3

Reason: Mechanical Failure

Revision 5 - Transwestern Pipeline has made the necessary repairs at Compressor Station P3.  We will bring the capacity back up to normal on ID-1 today, Saturday 3/14/26.

Gas Day February 22, 2026 (Intraday 3) through February 25 (Evening Cycle), 2026

P-3 Station Delivery Capacity reduced from 253,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 180,000 MMBtu/d. (Original reduction was 180,000)

We anticipate this will impact approximately 40,000 MMBtu/d of scheduled volumes.

Gas Day February 25, 2026 (Intraday 1) through March 5, 2026

P-3 Station Delivery Capacity increased from 180,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 190,000 MMBtu/d.

We anticipate this will impact approximately 30,000 MMBtu/d of scheduled volumes.

Gas Day March 5, 2026 (Intraday 1) through March 13, 2026

P-3 Station Delivery Capacity increased from 190,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 195,000 MMBtu/d.

We anticipate this will impact approximately 25,000 MMBtu/d of scheduled volumes.

Gas Day March 13, 2026 (Intraday 1) through March 14, 2026 (Evening Cycle)

P-3 Station Delivery Capacity increased from 195,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 200,000 MMBtu/d.

We anticipate this will impact approximately 20,000 MMBtu/d of scheduled volumes.
