    Subject: Force Majeure - Compressor Station P3 - Revision 1

    Revision 1: Transwestern Pipeline has made the necessary repairs at Compressor Station P3.  We will bring the capacity back up to normal on ID-2 today, Wednesday 2/11/26.

    Reason: Mechanical Failure

    February 11, 2026

    P-3 Station Delivery Capacity reduced from 253,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 150,000 MMBtu/d.

    We anticipate this will impact approximately 50,000 MMBtu/d of scheduled volumes.

    POI 79064- Enbridge Trunk E (Palo Duro)
