Pipeline Conditions - Cold Weather Alert

This critical notice is due to forecasted cold weather conditions in the Permian and San Juan Basins starting Friday 1/23/26 and lasting thru Monday 1/26/26.

Transwestern is working to maintain and/or increase current line pack. As such, shippers are encouraged to review their transport to ensure that their flowing quantities are aligned with their scheduled supply and ensure their scheduled supplies are performing as expected.

Delivery point operators are required to be at or below their scheduled quantity and receipt point operators are required to be at or above their scheduled quantities.

Correspondingly, Transwestern plans to issue Under Performance Cut Notices to Receipt Point Operators and/or Delivery Point Operators flowing less or more than the scheduled quantities.

These UPR cuts will be handled by separate notices.

Additionally, Transwestern could take necessary actions in accordance with GT&C Section 22 of Transwestern's FERC Gas Tariff to maintain system integrity.
