Subject: Washington Storage Semi-Annual (Job 225671) 2026 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary

Transco’s Job #225671, as referenced in Transco’s 2026 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary is currently scheduled to begin on April 21, 2026 through April 27, 2026.

During this period, Station 54 and the associated Washington storage facility will not be available to complete required DOT compliance testing and other maintenance activities. Injection services under all WSS rate schedules will not be available during this period due to Operating Conditions resulting from this planned equipment outage. The scheduling of WSS withdrawal services is not expected to be impacted.

This work will also reduce system flexibility and recommend all parties maintain a concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries daily.
