Subject: Update - Notice of Force Majeure Event - Unplanned Equipment Outage Station 115

Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC (“Transco”), pursuant to Section 11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, hereby provides an update to the force majeure event involving the unplanned outage at Compressor Station 115.

Transco has completed all work for the unplanned equipment at Station 115.

Effective ID2, February 17, 2026, Transco will terminate the Force Majeure Event, lift the constraint through the TSB, and return to the previously posted available capacities prior to this outage.
