    Subject: Notice of Force Majeure Event - Unplanned Equipment Outage Station 115

    Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC (“Transco”), pursuant to Section 11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, hereby provides notice of a Force Majeure event resulting in the unplanned outage at Compressor Station 115 Main Unit 2 due to equipment failure.

    Work to resolve the issue and restore full operational capacity is underway, and the return-to-service date is currently TBD.  Additional updates and a more accurate timeline will be provided as more information becomes available. Effective February, 8 2026 ID2 cycle primary firm transportation services will be limited through Station 115.

    Operating Conditions resulting from this work will require Transco to restrict scheduled quantities for all transportation priorities moving South to North through the location indicated below. Transactions moving North to South through this location will not be impacted.

    The receipt-based Throughput Section Boundary (TSB) at mainline milepost 1007.66 will be used to manage capacity during this unplanned work. An updated Market and Production Area constraint notice will include the location and the available quantity of transportation services.
