Subject: Update - Station 517 MU5 Outage - Force Majeure Event

On December 13, 2025 Transco posted a notice of an unplanned maintenance on Main Unit 5 at Station 517. This event was determined to be a Force Majeure Event with an effective date of December 13^th. The current estimate for return to service of Main Unit 5 and the restoration of full capacity at Station 517 is December 27, 2025.

Until work is completed the TSB limitation listed below will remain in effect.
