    Subject: Unplanned Maintenance Compressor Station 517 MU5 Outage - Notice of Force Majeure Event

    Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC (“Transco”), pursuant to Section 11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, hereby provides notice of a force majeure event resulting in the unplanned outage at Compressor Station 517 Main Unit 5.

    Update: Through an updated review, the system capacity will be increased per the table below, effective December 14, 2025 ID2 cycle.

    It is currently estimated that the full return to service date will be between December 24th to January 1, 2026. Additional updates will be provided as they are available.

    Transco will be performing unplanned maintenance at Station 517 due to equipment failure on Main Unit 5. Work to resolve the issue and restore full operational capacity is underway, and the return-to-service date is currently December 24, 2025 (See update above). Additional updates and a more accurate timeline will be provided as more information becomes available. Effective December 13 14, 2025 ID2 cycle primary firm transportation services will be limited through Station 517.

     

    Operating Conditions resulting from this work will require Transco to restrict scheduled quantities for all transportation priorities moving West to East through the location indicated below. Transactions moving east to west through this location will not be impacted.

    The receipt-based Throughput Section Boundary (TSB) at mainline milepost 127.96 (517) will be used to manage capacity during this unplanned work. A updated Market and Production Area constraint notice will include the location and the available quantity of transportation services.
