Subject: Update - Unplanned Maintenance Station 60 Outage 2025
Progress has been made with the integrity assessments between the 60B10 and 65B0 valves. It is currently projected that all work will be completed by Tuesday, December 9, 2025. Effective Timely, December 9, 2025, Transco will lift the below constraint through the TSB and location restriction and they will return to the previously posted available capacities prior to this outage.

Previously posted information:
Due to findings from the integrity assessment associated with Job #1071388 performed on Mainline B between Stations 60 & 65 in July 2025. Transco must immediately isolate and reduce pressure on a portion of Transco’s mainline B between the 60B10 and 65B0 valves (MP 602.90 - MP 626.51). This work will impact the availability of transportation services moving south to north between those valve settings. Transco must begin work effective immediately to address these findings. The below constraint will be effective ID1, December 3rd, 2025. The duration of this outage is anticipated to be between 7-10 days. An updated posting with the completion date will be provided as soon as possible. Transco is taking all necessary measures to ensure this work is completed as quickly as possible.
Operating Conditions resulting from this work will require Transco to restrict scheduled quantities for all transportation priorities moving south to north through the location indicated below.
The receipt-based Throughput Section Boundary (TSB) at mainline MP 588.62 (Station 60) will be used to manage capacity availability during this planned work. An updated Market and Production Area constraint notice will include the location and the available quantity of all transportation services during the indicated period.
