Subject: Job 551670 Washington Storage Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary

Transco’s Job #752275, as referenced in Transco’s Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary is currently scheduled to begin on October 21, 2025 through October 27, 2025.

During this period, Station 54 and the associated Washington storage facility will not be available as it must be shut-in to complete required DOT compliance testing and other maintenance activities. Services under all WSS rate schedules may not be available during this period due to Operating Conditions resulting from this planned equipment outage.

Transco will allow injections and withdrawals on a net basis during this period. Scheduled injections will be limited up to the scheduled withdrawal quantity. If Transco is required to further restrict WSS injections, additional advance notice may be limited. The scheduling of WSS withdrawal services is not expected to be impacted

This work will also reduce system flexibility and recommend all parties maintain a concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries daily.
