Subject: Update - Job #1077537 & #737888 Station 115 MLA DOT Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary

Transco will be performing necessary maintenance associated with Job #1077537 and #737888 on its 2025 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary. A pipeline outage is needed to perform a DOT replacement as required by regulation due to recent DOT Class Location changes near Station 115 on Mainline A adjacent to the station (Job #1077537) as well as a Station 115 Outage to perform work on compressor unit MU3 (Job #737888). This maintenance outage will impact the availability of transportation services moving south to north through Compressor Station 115. The current schedule is to complete the work from June 16, 2025 through July 28, 2025.

During this period of planned maintenance, non-secondary reverse path (NSRP), secondary FT, and interruptible (IT) transactions moving south to north through the location may not be available.

Transco will be required to manage transportation services moving south to north through the TSB location listed below. The total quantity available will be contingent on system conditions during the maintenance period and is anticipated to be initially limited to the quantities indicated below. Transactions moving north to south through this location will not be impacted.

The receipt-based Throughput Section Boundary (TSB) at Mainline MP 1031 will be used to manage capacity availability, including any required changes to the expected total quantities available during this planned work indicated below. An updated Market and Production Area constraint notice will include the location and the available quantity of primary-firm transportation services during the indicated periods.

*% Cuts (Primary) is an estimate of the impact to primary firm shippers based on historical utilization and anticipated volumes during the time of constraint. These amounts are subject to change based on actual nominated firm volumes and changes in the amount of available capacity.

Based on current and historical utilization, impacts to Primary Transportation are unlikely, however, impacts to Non-Primary Transportation are anticipated.
