Subject: Update - Transco (Job 1077647) 2025 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary

Transco is performing a necessary pipeline tie-in outage on the South Virginia Lateral related to Transco’s Commonwealth Energy Connector Project, which requires meter location outages. This maintenance is currently scheduled to begin April 12, 2025 with a completion date of April 27, 2025. This work has completed early and is available for gas scheduling for Gas Day April 24, 2025. The location identified below will not be available for gas scheduling or flow:
